I really wish zete, pi lam, and sig ep weren't so close to the other frats because they suck. It'd be so much better if alpha sig, pi kapp, and ATO could take their places because they're actually decent frats.

I think he/she meant houses, not the frats themselves. So you'd have to take Sigma Chi out -their house is the worst one on campus.

Phi Gamm & DKE & Chi Psi have way prettier/cleaner/nicer houses than Beta or Phi Delt

Wait really? I went in Phi Delt once and was impressed by their house, it seemed like it could be an actual rich person's house in the living room. How does Phi Gam, DKE, Beta, and Chi Phi compare?
