any of the big 4 or chi phi doing spring rush?

I know Phi Delt and Phi Gam took about 25 guys each, so they probably won't.

What about Beta and DKE and Chi Phi? Like if they have below 25, will they probably still not have spring rush?

Dude, you're setting your sights too high. The big 4 probably won't do spring rush because they don't need to. Not sure about Chi Phi. They're still under that shadow from being on probation for a year. Look at the other houses. Chi Psi, Pi Kapp, Sigma Chi might be worth looking at.

Sig chi doesn't do spring. Look at chi phi chi psi pi Kapp Sae
