Which frat houses are the nicest and which ones are one step above being a slum:

Nicest: DKE, Phi Delt, Phi Gam, Beta, Sigma Nu, ATO

Worst: Sigma Chi, DU, Kappa Sig

Lambda Chi looks like a sorority house.

Nicest houses (out of the ones I've been to): Phi Delt, Beta, DKE, Phi Gam, ATO, Chi Psi, maybe Sig Nu

Houses that are almost always dumps (out of the ones that I've been to): Pika, Pi Kapp, Sig Chi, Pi Lam (only been here once and will never go again), Sig Ep, and honestly Chi Phi most of the time

Pi Kapp is awful. It's also in a bad location for a frat house.
