I mean based on their numbers this recruitment and initial impressions of quality of their pledge class, they're moving down in the rankings. They're definitely not in the same tier as AXO, for example. That's why I think the stacked rankings like in the original post work better than the three tier system.

I suicided adpi and ended up with nothing. Why does this happen? The president approached me during rounds and told me she can't wait to see me on bid day

To LOL--- how do you figure ZTA has worst retention rate? Look online at grade report---ZTA had 192 members, same as KD, Adpi. But yet XO had 180 and DDD had 176. Pretty sure a chapter with retention issues has 192 members. So, just stop.!

4-year retention rates for every chapter are provided to chapter leadership. It's not a secret, it's a statistic that's provided widely. Also, it's well-known that zeta has a huge issue with all of their seniors dropping. Their chapter has one of the worst retention rates for all 4 years.
