Quota is calculated by taking the number of PNMs attending pref and dividing by the number of sororities. If the same number of PNMs preffed this year as last year, quota will go down slightly because there is one more sorority this year. However, if the number of PNMs preffing increased this year, quota will stay about the same. You can probably check with your Panhel rep or contact Panhel yourself to find out exactly what quota is this year.

So of 1100 girls who rushed, only 550 (less if some houses didn't make quota) got bids?

And houses can make over quota since girls who put down 2 houses are guaranteed a bid
