It's possible the poster was telling the truth, not because she likes APhi more than Tri Delt, but because of the difference in dues. Tri Delt is notoriously more expensive than other houses.

I preffed Tri Delt and a lower middle tier house. My parents made me rank Tri Delt second because of the difference in dues.
