It's called COB. Continuous open bidding. All houses do it, mostly on the down low, and mostly in he spring after some seniors graduate early. Get to know TONS of actives and you'll have a chance.

Most houses do 1-3 COBs after bid day, then take about the same in the spring to counteract drops from PNMs and senior graduates.
