ifc formal rush

Hey everyone,

I am just wondering how exactly formal rush for fraternities work and if it is still possible to meet new ppl and connect with new fraternities during this time. Like is it still possible to meet people and possibly get a bid if you haven't really gone to their house too much or anything during the first few weeks before formal rush
