is it even worth the registration fee to rush as a junior (non transfer)? rushed last year but it didn't work out

No one can tell you your chances but you'll never know if you don't try. Having an open mind is the most important part. Your options will probably be limited due to your age, but it's not impossible to pledge when you're older. Put your best foot forward and stay positive throughout the process. If you do get a bid, yes you will only have two years as an active member, but you will have an entire lifetime of alumna membership afterwards. Good luck!!

All could give out buds to juniors because of upperclassmen quota, but your best bets are Sigma and APhi

It is true your best bets are Sigma and APhi. The more outstanding and unique you are, the more options you'll have. Examples: 4.0 GPA, varsity sport athlete, from a prominent family, model, celebrity, etc.
