by: KKKKG keeps trying to boost themselves off of the bottom rank on this site but in reality, look at what happens every year - girls get cut by all the other houses and always have KKG and Tri- Sig left on their schedule. No matter what, all the other houses have the luxury of releasing girls and KKG and Tri Sig get the leftovers that don't drop out. Thus, bottom tier.

Neither. I'm a Phi Mu, if you must know. But I stand by my original post. And I did say they are super nice girls with great sisterhoods and that tiers are stupid. Which they are.

All sororities that make quota have a % of women they must release each round. Kappa makes quota. Therefore, they have to cut a % of girls each round, just like 8 other sororities at UNC. Do they have to cut as many as Tri Delt? No, but no other houses besides KD & Chi O cut as many as Tri Delt.
All 11 sororities are wonderful. PNMs, please trust the process and don't drop out. You will find a home in one of our 11 a
amazing sororities.

There are a lot of girls that regret dropping out of recruitment because they didn't get invited back to the "top" sororities, especially after they see the value of going Greek over the rest of the school year. And honestly, after about the 1st 2 weeks it becomes more about finding a group of 5 - 10 girls in your pledge class that you like and enjoy spending time. By the time you're a Junior, it's those friendships that matter, not some superficial tier.
Kappa definitely has great girls and the nicest house on campus, but the distance (from the other houses) puts them off the radar for some. Last year they had about 20 more girls than they had 2 years ago, so they're definitely growing.

I'm a Kappa, and I agree that we have an amazing house (and the only sorority still residing in their original house), but Chi O takes the cake on the best house.

Ironically, by bashing another sorority you are boosting yourself which you claim KKG is doing. By the way, I am not a KKG either (I promise). The fact is that there are many wonderful girls in that house. If you look at their numbers , they have as many girls as the other sororities. While the house may be far away from the others, it actually has the shortest walk to campus. So let's keep it positive. No need to be a bully and to say things that aren't true to make yourself look better. By the way, there are wonderful girls in all the sororitys. Let's spread the panhel love❤️.
