What did Sigma Nu do to be put on probation? Are they still on probation this Fall?

A pledge got a concussion doing a pledging activity, told his mom, and she reported them. He dropped Bc his entire class hated him and now he's in A Sig? Plus some minor drinking with rush issues on top of that added to their punishment.
