sophomore rush

If I am decently pretty, have friends in the sororities I like, but I am not super rich/went to public school/ and am living in a dorm, not an apartment sophomore year, do I have a good chance at getting in one of the sororities that my friends are in? My GPA is a 3.2. I dropped freshman year due to my Grandma dying during rush, and I just didn't think it was the appropriate time to rush anymore. How much say do the sophomores really have? Especially in the top 4 sororities?
