As you know, they're new so they're not established. They don't even have a house yet. This past year is no indication of how they'll do in the future, so nobody can really tell you with certainty. If you're interested in recruitment, you may as well give it a shot. You may find you love APhi here and you may find you love another chapter better. Either way, no harm done

No house. Weird mix of girls. How can they grow any kids mood sisterhood when they have to have Chapter in a classroom on campus and can't eat together?

It's bad. Lots of drama and cliques.

They've been here less than a year and have already made so many enemies. Their rep is pretty fake and they don't have an established sisterhood

Bottom of the bottom. Worst of the worst. Will probably get better in 2-3 years once their house is built.

Honestly again like someone said being in a different house and knowing quite a few girls, I really like them. Now some of their members i am not a fan of but that is like any house really. You can't absolutely love everyone. I think though some of lower-middle tier houses feel threatened by them because they had a pretty strong social calendar for being a first and are building that house. They had an OK first year, and they have the potential to keep building up but they have to be careful who they get in recruitment and to make sure they put older girls on exec next year because I have also heard the freshman aren't working. They should aim for girls in their junior/senior class that are more low key
