aphi house

Aphi did not "steal" a house. The renters were tired of renting the house and wanted to get out of the business. The girls living there now knew the owners were selling the house. aphi bought the house and won't be tearing down the big house by any means. It sucks for the KD rising seniors who wanted to follow suit and live in the house, but it wasn't going to happen regardless of if aphi bought the house, unless KD was looking to purchase the property.

Your facts aren't even true. I was a KD and graduated 6 years ago. I am well aware of the conditions/ pressure put on the owners of the house because I lived there and have kept up with them. Don't lie - you're just digging yourselves in deeper.

APhi should have probably considered the ramifications of acting in such an underhanded way (with lawyers that threatened the homeowners). KD has been a top house at UNC for over 30 years with alumni that are all over the state and fiercely loyal to the family that owned the Little KD house.

Aphi needs to focus more on bringing up their pathetic GPA and less on undermining well-established legacies at UNC. Ugh!

Wow... a 3.21 in fall 2015? That somehow manages to be below all panhel, all sorority, all greek, all women, all IFC, all university, all fraternity and ALL of the rest of panhel... I knew it was low but I didn't know it was THAT low.

Drove by and looked like they'd been working on it but you can't really see a whole lot as of now

Still working on the wall outside (not even done) and the shutters are off of the house... no way it'll be done when they say it will be.

Apparently a few Alpha Phis and their leaders from nationals are living in the house next year (2016-2017) so they won't be able to start major construction on the house until summer 2017. This means the house probably won't be finished until early 2018 at the earliest, but likely not until the summer before the 2018-2019 school year.
