I am an incoming freshman, I'm a white Hispanic and I was wondering if it's true that middle/top tier fraternities discriminate and don't give a bid rushees who aren't white?

I know plenty of hispanics in fraternities at UNC and they do not discriminate. Hell go big or go home kid, you have to meet guys and socialize. Race doesn't matter. Go to all three top houses Phi Delt, Beta and Deke and just have a good time.
