by: MIs it true that KD alums are trying to sabotage Alpha Phi's recruitment? I saw the post on the APhi page.

For over 20 years, KD has rented a house from the same family on Rosemary St. Alpha Phi used a lawyer to say that the family that owns the house isn't allowed to rent for so long to one group of people and threatened to sue the owners. They were strong-armed into selling to Alpha Phi against their wishes.

It was called the KD Little House. They also took the Mallette house that KDs lived in for years. Needless to say, these alums are not happy and are talking about it.

Is the KD little house the one that APhi bought to replace with their own house? If so I can see why the KDs are upset- a house they lived in for years taken from them just to be torn down

Where's the pic with the new house plans? Just curious since I believe it'll probably be super garish... in fitting with the theme of their arrival thus far

If they had come to campus with some respect for others and humility, we would have welcomed them. That didn't happen and I don't know if they'll be able to change their negative image.
