Basically Delta Chi bought the best property/house in Chapel Hill and have recently become the best fraternity. Normally Zeta mixes with mid tiers instead of the top frats, but Delta Chi just made an exclusive deal with them that they will only mix with other. So now since Zeta has the best frat on campus locked up just for them, they’ve shot up to become the best sorority at UNC
