Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.6 While Phi Mu isn't necessarily top tier yet, I think they could definitely get there in the next year or two. They have some really crazy girls and some really chill girls, and their pledge class gets better and better every year.
