For starters, they can come to campus with some respect for the other houses that have been here for years and years...

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.6 Their goal here is to become "top tier" since x percentage of Alpha Phi chapters in the nation are top tier. I for one don't think those values and ambitions belong on our campus, since we have worked so hard to try to disestablish the tier system. There are some sweet genuine girls in there, but the majority and catty and gossipy.

Let's see how your retention rates are. And let me prepare you....you're getting some pretty bad press from KD and especially KD alums. You underhandedly took over the KD "little house" that had been lived in by Kappa Deltas for over 20 years. The alums are bitter and are talking about it in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, W-S, etc. And rising freshmen women are listening.
