I don't think it's appropriate to rank a first year sorority based off of whether or not they have a house. Getting installed takes a lot more work than other established sororities know and building a brand new sorority house in one year is not realistic. For only being on campus less than a year, they've made a great effort to get to know the greek community despite how much judgement they've received. Their sisterhood isn't the best but I think that comes with time. Middle tier 100%.

New, but very nice. The girls I've met are pretty and genuine. I think a lot of these extremely low rankings are posted from KD alums/current members, which makes them very biased and honestly pretty sad and desperate. APhi got a great piece of land that KDs were not happy about. Anyway, not top tier by any means (they're new), but honestly a great group of girls. Excited to see them grow.

KD is sad and desperate?? It's pretty obvious you're an APhi so here is just ONE MORE example of why we don't like you.

Actually laughing at how fast a KD alumna responded to this. Do less.

Alpha Phi is creating a big stink on campus. They don't have a house, a meal plan, and really they don't even have a sisterhood lol. Very unclassy.

Juniors and seniors are hot and seem to have more friends in other sororities. Freshmen and sophomores seem kind of awkward and clueless about the Greek system. Some of them definitely live up to the catty stereotype, others are genuinely nice. I'm good friends with a girl in alpha phi who is extremely pretty, funny, nice, and has a great GPA. However, she's told me numerous times she wants to drop because she is unhappy, if that tells you anything.

Seem to get a bad rep around campus because other sororities feel threatened. I've met a few of these girls and they're cute and fun to be around. It's hard to make a judgement this early since they started this year.

I can't imagine how difficult it is to colonize a new chapter at UNC, so I'll start off saying that. APhi is doing alright at establishing a presence on campus, but it's true that it's difficult for them to have a strong sisterhood or even have any real big/little relationships or events. They have been pretty disliked from the moment they stepped on campus, and this drama with KD's little house is not helping. I know many people in APhi, and only one of them is genuinely kind.

I think they had a great first year. There is still room for improvement in many aspects but they are all nice and very cute. Juniors are definitely hotter.
