University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC Greek Life Reviews

By far one of the best universities in the southeast. Parties are great, girls are gorgeous, and Greek life is very strong.

Truth

Parties are lame compared to flagship SEC schools. Way too many libs and snowflakes in greek life at Carolina. Greek scene not nearly as good as UGa, Bama, Ole Miss, Mizzou, Texas, Indiana, Florida, SCarolina, Oklahoma, Arkansas, LSU etc etc. Not bad for an ACC school though.

Best in NC by a long shot. State and ECU don't even compare

Best Greek life in North Carolina hands down. The parties are wild, the women are gorgeous, and you definitely have to earn your spot.

After finishing my freshman year here, I know how hard UNC can throw down. Hazing is big, but only for the higher tier places. You can sculpt your greek experience to how much you want to put into it, and there's something for everybody. It says something that Greek life runs the majority of the party scene around here.

The hazing here is strong, but you get what you put into it. It is worth it entering my second semester in one of the top fraternities. I have had nothing but fun and I feel like some of the brotherhoods here are some of the strongest of any fraternities in the country.

Parties are lit

Greek Life isn't going to make or break your experience at Carolina, but the Greek community here is very strong. Everyone is very social but also involved in philanthropy. Fraternity parties are great and our girls here are beautiful. Most of the houses are nice too. Rush can be very difficult depending on what house you want and where you're from.
