If they spent half as much time trying to improve themselves as they do on this site, they wouldn't be the lowest tier frat on campus.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.0 They mix with the worst sorority on campus and have terrible parties with less than 50 people in their basement. Also, these kids live on greekrank so I would avoid this house at all costs.

They got a terrible pledge class this year, and have had terrible classes for the past two years. They are also a dry-house, so they don't even have alcohol at their parties.
