They really think they're becoming relevant again but it's only because freshmen are desperate for any party. The guys are weird and I honestly don't know why anyone would go there, anyone who's a sophomore and up does not think highly of this frat at all.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.4 My friends and I walked passed this fraternity on our way to Franklin St and there was this girl completely passed out on the picnic table. My friends and I being girls, didn't feel safe approaching the house at all (given their reputation...). On our way back from dinner as it was almost dark we finally noticed these few guys go and check on her, get her help because she definitely looked on the brink of alcohol poisoning.
