It’s sad when you have to get pledges by making up lies about other frats.I guess that’s what you have to do when you used to be a top tier frat. There’s a reason why dke beta and phi gam don’t socialize with them anymore.

Was at one of their parties while I was visiting a friend. Had to do a double take when I saw Ellen degeneres hitting a juul behind the bar. On second look I realized it was one of the brothers (might have been a beta not sure).

They’re really nice boys overall. Very respected on campus. There’s this one freshman who gets way too drunk and tells everyone he’s the “breadman” at late nights, but we get used to it.

They’re the best fraternity at UNC no doubt but talking to kids in Phi Delt is just absolutely painful. The prevention justness oozes out of every word even though half these kids peaked in college (and the other half have rich ass parents)

As a brother of this Fraternity from another school, the brothers welcomed me into their house and we're just as friendly as they could be. All quality young men with a good sense of brotherhood. Highly recommend this group to any individual looking to further themselves intellectually.

Phi delt is a mixed bag. Some of the guys are great and super genuine. Some are total blockheads. But overall they’re a great time. That being said, they love the typical frat lifestyle and only hang w the typical frat stereotypes. Not much diversity in this frat. Despite all this, they’re still undeniably the most popular house on campus and a lot of fun. Some of the guys could have a little more class and authenticity.
