Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 5.0 Been in CH for 3 years and its obvious that these guys throw the best parties. Good looking guys and the best house. If you're looking for a traditional fraternity experience go Phi Delt. I've been to parties at all the big houses and this is the best frat I've seen. Freshman girls -- take it from a rising junior girl.. go to their rush parties(; Such a good time and they bring out all the hottest freshmen guys.

Been in CH for 3 years and its obvious that these guys throw the best parties. Good looking guys and the best house. If you're looking for a traditional fraternity experience go Phi Delt. I've been to parties at all the big houses and this is the best frat I've seen. Freshman girls -- take it from a rising junior girl.. go to their rush parties(; Such a good time and they bring out all the hottest freshmen guys.

We all feel comfortable at their parties and they have more than anyone else at UNC. Always something going on Thursdays, Fridays, saturdays and most Tuesdays. Their house has the best set up for everything. Day parties, night raves, you name it. Most socially active fraternity and it pays. Always have the most girls at their parties. their LDOC beer slide was amazing.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 5.0 These guys are pretty cool. Their parties don't stop with rush, unlike most fraternities. Their house is 100% best in CH and they have a house dog which makes their place a destination for pretty much every girl here. Right now these guys have to be the top fraternity at UNC after Phi gam stopped throwing down all last year, beta started only a social soirée once a week and DKE started putting out only 1 hour worth of alcohol at their parties.
