Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.4 Would probably call Ksig the best bottom tier frat. Best on LFC and throw often but just not in the same conversation as many other locations. As with any frat, mix of weird dudes and cool guys. Much more similar to AEPi or SAE in terms of popularity around campus.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.2 Bottom mid frat if you care about rankings. Parties had a good set-up for the most part. Used to throw so much and it seemed like they would let anyone in. Overall nice but some kind of weird brothers.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.7 Parties are always a good time and have a lot of (good) alc, they recently changed their house set up for parties and it makes it a lot more crowded/fun. The Halloween concert they spearhead is super fun. Always have felt safe there & they seem to have a good brotherhood.
