Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.2 I heard they were on probation in 2020. Seemed to have been trending back up after that. Great tailgates but not many parties in general. Mostly cool guys

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 5.0 As a girl I always feel welcomed here. All the guys seem to be more genuine than at the other frats, and I always have a fun time at their events. They also do not run out of alcohol as quickly as other frats, even though they always have good turnouts.
