Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.0 These losers have no class. My BF is a Phi Delt and on graduation weekend some Chi Phis came over during the night and painted profanity in white paint all over the house. They were caught on video. It was GRADUATION weekend and the seniors' parents were coming for a brunch. That's below classless. I lost any respect I had for them, and I didn't have much.
