It does not matter how hot your group of girls is, you and your friends will not get in without a wristband. Because of this, a lot of girls are getting annoyed and just avoid this frat all together. Their parties aren't as fun and they run out of alcohol pretty quickly compared to all the other frats on campus.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.6 Strong chapter but needs to be more involved and less stuck up about it. They have parties but never get those ragers everyone is looking for. Not the best house for a party but a very attractive house.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.4 These guys used to be much better than they are now and seem to really just be surviving because they have a nice house. They still get decent pledge classes in terms of size, but they mostly seem like the puny/dweeby rich type and not the hot/classy rich type. Definitely overrated
