phi gamma delta - fiji chartering

I hear that FIJI is coming to montevallo Spring 13 and is considering moving into a house by the the old Delta Chi Fraternity house? any truh to this?

They are coming i. Te fall, but from what I've heard they're going to live in a dorm first.
