Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Montevallo - UM 4.0 Delta Gamma is a wonderful organization on campus. They have, by far, my favorite social media platform on campus (shout out to whoever runs the Instagram, you rock!) They also have some incredible leaders, and very involved members that I have had the pleasure of getting to know through college night. DG hosts one of my favorite philanthropy events every year- Anchor Splash! I was trying to prevent from mentioning members specifically but it is hard not to acknowledge them. R.H. and J.D. are two of the most strong, hard-working, kind, and dedicated people I have ever met. Their passion runs deep in everything they do, and they serve as amazing examples for not only Delta Gamma, but the greek community as a whole! Good luck with recruitment, and have a great year!

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Montevallo - UM 4.2 I have a friend in this chapter and anytime I have been around any of her sisters they always seem really sweet and down to earth, overall they seem like a sweet group of girls that genuinely care about one another.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Montevallo - UM 4.7 DGs are super involved around campus and they are so friendly too!! They do a lot for their philanthropy and are all around great gals. They’re all super artsy and talented too!

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Montevallo - UM 2.4 Not all DGs are this way, but many of them kind of think their crap doesn't stink. Very pretentious, and clearly have money (& subsequently think that makes them better than other people). Some of them are sweet as can be, but others won't give you the time of day if you're not one of them. Another thing for anyone going through recruitment in the fall: the other reviews saying they come out of the woodwork for recruitment are SO TRUE. Other than a few "big name" people on campus, nobody really knows DG, but suddenly during recruitment they show up and show out. Don't let them fool you if you want a year-round sorority experience.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Montevallo - UM 2.5 They come out of the woodwork every year for recruitment. They get pretty average pledges each year but then they slowly disappear until next year. A strong sisterhood from what I can tell but I don’t think they get along with other sororitys/frats very well.
