transfer student

I will be transferring to BU in Fall of 2017. Not sure on all my credits that are transferring yet, but I will most likely be considered a Sophomore or hopefully a Junior if everything plays out. I've been doing tons and tons of research and I love getting other people's opinions. What are your guys' thoughts on the Fraternity Houses. I would preferably join a top house with great members but I'm also going to be realistic and know that might not happen. If anyone is in a house, tell me a little bit about the house and how you like it. Or if anyone would recommend a house. I don't play sports, most likely transferring on academics.
