promises of bids to pnms

Hey ladies,
Just to be clear and so nobody is crushed, the following statements may be said to you at your pref parties, if not before. These should NOT be construed as promises,
1. I hope I see you in my letters on Bid Day.
2. I think you fit in well here.
3. I want you to be my sister.
4. I think you would be a perfect addition.
Frankly, these statements are delivered by individual members who are emotional, exhausted, and likely very fond of you. While the sister who makes a comment like this may very well be sincere, the comment should not be construed as a promise. One sister at a recruitment party cannot speak for the entire sisterhood.
Please take statements like this at face value and not read too much into them. And enjoy getting to know the Greek Women of FAU.
