The thing with ADPi is that they are new. So everyone is going to talk crap about them even if they don't know how the things really look like. Gaining good and stable reputation takes time, it's not hard to be a member of a sorority that is on campus for 50 or 60 years (AGD,SK,DZ). That's why I have so much respect for every single adpi girl, they have to create their own traditions and establish who they are. Maybe they don't have decades spend on campus, but they have passion&involvement .

I do not find these women welcoming. THEY seem to be very exclusive and snobby. I did not find myself wanting to go geeee simply from the gam girls I knew. I hope their exclusivity doesn't hurt them in the future

I am not in a house but have met women from all five houses and these women take the cake! I find that the majority of women I've met from here are genuine and never try to be something they are not. Women from some of the other houses seem like they have to "fit in" in order to achieve a higher standing in their house. However alpha xi girls seem to be themselves and achieve awesome things that way!

These guys have the student body president, and many members move on to succeed. Could be a bit closer knit IMO, but I only have a few friends in here.
