What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

There aren't tiers. There just aren't. We are super good at supporting each other, and that's what's most important.
I like to think of us like finding that right pair of jeans. You may like skinny, while others prefer straight or boot. It doesn't make one better than the other, it just means that the others was a better fit for YOU

I think all sororities are good at OCU, but I suppose I would say:

Phi Mu

Alpha Chi Omega
