They will give out a bid to anyone and it has created such a weird mix of people. I’m always scared one of them is going to hate crime me because some of them are so MAGA. But some of them are super nice.

Just mid in general. Some of them are really nice, but I will say that this is the only frat on campus that I have heard of multiple SA allegations from.

They are not nice people. They are not nice to each other or to people outside of their chapter. Just so cliquey and judgmental .

They will literally accept anyone. They seem nice enough but it’s just an odd mix of people and they don’t seem to all be very close with one another.

As an alumni, I met some of the greatest people in my life here. From what I have seen from now being an outsider though, it is not the same. I am really worried for their upcoming LT & recruitment! But i love deepher they are all very kind girls and they care about people and genuinely connect to their philanthropy in a way most chapters do not.

they are average def coming on the up and up from what i can see but nothing really interesting. some girls in there are a little cliquey/ mean girl vibe but overall pretty nice.

Theta Chi is a new fraternity at Rider they don’t really have an image and will hand bids out to anyone who signs their rush sheet lol. They are nice guys but let’s be honest you don’t meet a ton of terrible people at Rider University. I doubt rushing Theta Chi is the worst thing in the world but why would you do that when there are clearly better options. This is not a top fraternity at Rider.

Sigep is an all-inclusive fraternity. There’s no real cookie cutter Sigep member at Rider as they will give bids out to almost anyone that shows interest, which lacks in the brotherhood aspect of joining a fraternity. They sacrifice quality member selection to try and have the biggest bid classes each year. They also letter their new members the day after they give them the bids so there’s no new member orientation process. Their brothers barely know eachother on a deep level due to them being initiated as brothers the day after getting a bid. They are nice guys but that’s because they’re looking to gain your interest and send you a bid. Joining Sigep at Rider is like half assing your fraternity experience. If you’re looking for that fraternity experience you see in movies you should rush TKE. If you’re looking for a part time commitment or have found no luck with making friends at Rider, Sigep is for you. Theta Chi is an expansion fraternity at Rider so they also will hand out bids like candy.

Best frat on campus! They are truly the only real fraternity at Rider. If you want a true greek life experience this is the chapter I recommend rushing. Great guys and they actually care about recruiting people who will fit into their chapter, not just whoever is interested. Which is nice to see because sig ep & theta chi both will take anyone.
