fraternity rush 2k15

I know I'm supposed to go to each house for myself and see what they're like but I feel like I won't have enough time to get to know enough about each frat. What makes houses like Pike and Sigs consistently "ranked" better than Taus and Acacia on here?

Yes there are 47 fraternities on campus but if you really want a true stereotypical fraternity experience then go top 10. After that houses get pretty irrelevant
