How many support the idea of formal recruitment for fraternities too on the lines of Indiana University and UVA to bolster the declining membership in frats?

Seems to me like frats are getting bigger, not smaller. Formal recruitment is bad, you don't get to know the guys as well. For sororities it does not matter because they are huge and kind of superficial anyway, but for fraternities taking time to get to know everyone is better.

Save for 10-12 fraternities having 100+ guys most have around 60-70 and declining. The big keep on keeping bigger but not for the others

noooo formal rush that's no fun. Getting blacked out with someone is a better way to get to know someone
