senior houses

Are there any frats/sororitys losing there senior house(s)?
I heard FIJI was losing the distillery senior house and that Theta Xi might be loosing some of their's due to money, but that's about it.
Also, do most frats rent or buy their senior houses?

New colony who just took over a senior house in Urbana on Lincoln. Had to outbid 3 other fraternities. But still got it for a steal. Urbana has great houses if you talk to a realtor

professional fraternity looking to take on a senior house...I know that means in basically a GDI by most people's standards. I don't care who's losing them, I'm just looking for openings to get a senior house for 2016-2017
