sorority rushing second time round

I was wondering how easy it is to get into a sorority as a sophomore when you have friends in the house you want to be in? I know there's no guarantee, but is it considerably easier?

I rushed as a frosh but dropped

Also I have good grades, above all of the averages for the houses.

It can really help to have friends in the house. Good grades helps too.

Depending on the house it can guarantee you at least getting through first but a rec and high gap don't secure a bid. People in the house still have to decide if you're a good fit

Most sororities have a list of girls that they want to be in their sorority. That's how you get in. And you get on the list by knowing people, so tbh you should be set

it's harder to rush as a sophomore cause no one wants you since you'll cost us points when we can get someone else
