On what planet do you expect alpha phi to have a better class than Theta? Theta has probably been the best the last two years (if not second to tridelt) At the highest a phi should be behind gphi...
Frats are solid, Sigs and Taus have a bunch of really outgoing guys that might kill rush and the pike 18's might be do douchey to really run the show.

Alpha phis spend hours a day on this site ranking themselves up at the top. It means nothing. Of course Alpha phi is behind G Phi. They're behind a lot of houses.

i also see taus being top 2 19s next year but i also see aphi doing top 4. if you ask me, their 18s are actually top 4 in terms of looks
