Do houses keep track of who dropped recruitment the previous year and is attempting to rush again?

and is it even worth it to rush as a junior? or are you automatically not really cared for

to my knowledge, houses don't keep track and won't know you went through recruitment before unless you 1. tell them or 2. they know you.

As for juniors going through, juniors do not count towards quota (they can take juniors without having to drop younger girls) so i would still say it is worth trying!
