Beta may self rank a ton on this site but its obvious they have far more upside than those other houses.. just keeping it 100

Beta is more into the bar scene than the other houses but KDR is more into brotherhood. Both have block this year but Beta is in a better tier. I'm not so sure about Pilam or Skulls. I don't hear much about them since Pilam is a new colony and Skulls has a low number of guys. Pilam could be better next semester if they rush well in the fall.
I would rush all of them and see which guys you can see yourself around. Don't get too caught up with ranks.

Seems like a weird mix of houses you're looking at, but it honestly depends what you're looking for. Like everyone else basically said, Beta is easily the "highest tier" house out of the ones you're looking at and are probably going to be looking to have a lot more social 19s that like to go out a lot and drink, etc. especially cause they have so much bar pull. If you're looking for great brotherhood though and aren't really into the social scene as much, you definitely have some other good options on your list so definitely rush around and see what suits you best.

You mean beta had a block and the rest don't have pregames?
That's wrong. KDR does have pregames with sororities and so does the new colony Pilam. Don't know about skulls.
