best houses on campus to rush next fall

There's really no argument that these aren't the top 5. Alpha Phi is getting better but not on Gphi or AXO's level just yet. I put sigs, pike, tridelt, and theta at the top because they are all consistent with rush and have the best social calendars. If I were to add another frat it would probably be Acacia bc they have a solid 18's class and could potentially be a top house on the next 2 or 3 years (ahead of delts)
