I don't go to school here, but am a DZ at another school... Why is DZ so bad here? its really good at the school i go to!

because this is not your school at shocking as it may be, dz is not good everywhere.

This doesn't apply to all girls in the house, but for the girls that are the first to tell you they're in DZ, this applies:
a) Their house is off campus
b) They don't know how to behave in public/handle their alcohol
c) They are constantly comparing themselves to houses that are better than them, and it makes them look pathetic
d) They lost their social, but never had a good social calendar anyway
e) They do most of their events with houses that are bottom tier/new on campus

Honestly i know some really fun and cool girls in the house. not sure why their rep is as bad as it is. but their location does suck

they suck because they suck, period. Plus they dont show up to few social events people actually want to book with them
