Does the fraternity that you are in really matter that much to girls? If I was an average looking dude in whatever house you deem to be the top compared to the most attractive dude you've seen but in bottom house does that make a difference? Thoughts? (topic for my journalism class)

depends on the girl, honestly. i know some girls that will go for guys only in top houses, which is sad. a lot of girls don't care. i've met plenty of great, good looking guys in middle-tier houses. i definitely think that it can be dependent on what house the girl is in... top house girls are more likely to go for top house guys, but that's not always the case. but if a girl really cares about what frat a guy is in, then you may wanna stay away

If you are the kind of guy that needs a big name house to get girls, then please join one of them. We don't need you in any of the mid houses because you will not help us.

P.S. No one take it the wrong way, majority of guys in large houses are cool.

going to be honest and say an average looking guy in a top house I would talk to over a better looking guy in a bottom house. just the way it goes for me, but probably not everyone.

Yea, opinions are opinions. I'm not worried about whether it's fair/shallow or not even though personally I think it's kind of messed up(as a good looking dude myself hah). I really like that marketing thing though and put that in my paper
