if the dude got initiated then it gets much harder to switch. he would have to do something that would cause the nationals to come down and kick him from the house. and obviously a lot of the other houses will know and effectively block him from getting a bid.

No, I personally know one guy who did it. And I know there are others, though not a lot. Obviously there are some hoops to jump through, but it can be done.

just a bunch of guys who only get high everyday. No philanthropic scene or social scene. Had like 2 exchanges with sororities entire fall sem last year. Crappy house. bottom of the gpa table.
