new fraternity

want to rush a new fraternity in fall -
pi lambda phi, dke , sigma Tau gamma. Any ideas?

Check out Phi Tau - they used to be pretty strong. They are moving into their old house (Theta Chi moving out). That's all I know.

If a solid core group of guys would pledge DKE, they would have real potential, but that never seems to happen.

Those are the 2 I would recommend.

If you want to join a real fraternity don't join any of these houses. It will be several years before they are somewhat decent

we don't have Pilam events. Friends with some of the guys in there and they are chill as they come by. Great brotherhood.

Beta has been on campus for literally ever but got kick offed a few years back and just recolonized. I guess with them you'd also get the benefits of a legacy (used to run campus).
