phi mu house/acacia

so phi mu is coming back in 2017 (or 2016?) and correct me if im wrong but isn't the current acacia house theirs? if they take it back, where will acacia go?

Phi Mu sold the house to Acacia. It no longer belongs to phi Mu. I heard that they are trying to get a house over by dz.
