Similar to Betas situation, Sig Nu has improved big time over the last few years, after being revived from death.....I hear they were a top house from the 1930's thru 2000 but some very bad behaviors got them booted off campuse TWICE in short order. Miraculously, their alumni were able to preserve their house.......one of the few frats who've maintained the same house for 100 years.....along with Beta, ATO & Sigs.....

Beta impersonating a Sigma Nu fan intending to portray Beta as a contender.......almost fooled us.......

SN was a good house, but not a top house. Were never in the same league as those other three. And their house was built in 1932, making it about 80 years old not 100.
